Program Overview

Trainings may take place at local tracks, parks, trails, our home gym. They will include specific run training and strength training to enhance running speed and endurance.

6 week Training Blocks include:

  1. Hour of personal training per week
  2. Weekly schedules provided
  3. Pre – Assessments
  4. Post assessments
  5. Video forms analysis
  6. Weekly email access
  7. 1 Monthly group training session each month

6 week training blocks start at $ 200.00 per athlete
Additional family members at $ 100.00
